This post has been transcribed from a support call.

Good Morning, can you assist with a detailed document that unpacks the 30‑minute reconciliation process and explains what occurs within each interval.

What exactly is the 30-minute reconciliation process? Are you talking about TimeSeries updates? Where we pass back every half hour's profile into SAP through the SAP standard AMI SOAP connection?

For the Aggregator meter for wheeling.

Ok, those are treated like normal meter register readings passed to SAP through the SAP standard AMI SOAP connection. So SAP asks for a meter register and we pass back the reading when available.

Did it get out of track?

No, it is request for business process documentation. Has this been documented anywhere?

I am not sure

perhaps we can write a wiki post about it, and then post the answer on there, and then I can give the same to you

The Aggregator meter is a Summation Meter (a Virtual meter, that is the summation of a bunch of input meters, defined as a Meter Account). When a component meter calls in, it adds that new profile to itself. If you move the maxdate back on any component meter, it invalidates the data back to where you set the maxdate back to, and recalculates the profile on the Aggregator again.

Furthermore, it is a Summation Meter on a Meter Account, that is set for Net metering, which means that we don't just total opposing energy values, we get the difference per half hour (sample period of Summation Meter, co-inciding with Period of Meter Account) and if negative put it in export energy and if positive put it in import energy

Does that give some perspective?
