I think the following should work: You'd do the bulk edit, and generate a spreadsheet for the screen.
Then edit the spreadsheet, taking out the lat and lng columns, and adding a geocodestr column, which is your address, e.g. '14 Partridge Avenue, Kempton Park, Gauteng, South Africa', or something like that.
To experiment with that, go to the Edit->Physical Location and play with the geolocation and see how accurate it is, or not, for your scenario.
